A. A rocket has four main parts:
  1. Fuel — a charge of propellant to develop the propulsive force or thrust.

  2. Combustion chamber — a hollow tube in which fuel burns.

  3. Igniter — starts combustion of the propellant.

  4. Nozzle — an exhaust outlet for combustion gases.
